June 7-9, 2010 (RALEIGH, NC) – Samuel Cole Salon owners, Jack and Joelle Ray, along with their top Network Educators, Ashley Collins and Erin Shebaugh attended Bumble and bumble’s elite classes, Immersion III and Network Educator III.  Joelle attended Immersion III which takes a comprehensive look at services, advanced customer service and innovative client outreach initiatives.  Immersion III attracts the top minds Bb. Network (and the salon industry), who come together in a veritable think tank, sharing ideas, practices, and policies – collectively building stronger businesses.   Jack, Ashley, and Erin attended Network Educator III which is designed to inspire and motivate Network Educators to ignite their staff’s passion for the craft through hands-on styling, styling assessments, advanced facilitation skills and product knowledge.  The course introduces four learning categories:  Facilitation and Speaking, Product Mastery, Leadership and Communication, and Bb Technique and Styling.

“I not only learned from the intensive course content, but also by really watching and studying the Bumble instructors’ methods of teaching our class.  Bumble has excellent instructors and they inspired me to be the best educator that I can be,” commented Ashley.

“NE III’s main focus is to expand on the creative editorial aspect of our industry.  It was incredibly exciting and quite an honor to work with editorial stylists for major shows during Fashion Week in Milan, Paris, and NYC, observe their creations, break them down and then recreate them on a model under the guidance of the very people who created them,” said Jack.
